Yes, parking will be available at the venue. Enter through Gate #2

If you plan to park at the wedding venue please pre-register your license plate (link here) to receive complimentary parking. Guests are also welcome to use Uber or rideshare services.

Yes! Complimentary charter transportation will be provided for guests staying at our hotel blocks. (Look for Prime Limo Charter Bus)

Pickup locations and departure times are listed below:

  • Drey Hotel — 4:10 PM
  • DoubleTree — 4:25 PM

We kindly recommend arriving a few minutes early, as the shuttles will depart promptly and seating may be limited. If the shuttle is full, Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Dallas and are a convenient alternative for transportation to the venue.

Weather permitting, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place outdoors in a beautiful garden setting. If it’s warm, don’t worry — we’ll have ways to keep everyone cool and comfortable while you enjoy the celebration.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, so no travel will be needed between events.

Yes, formal attire is requested for the wedding day. We appreciate elegant, summer-appropriate looks and kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing jeans, polos, or tennis shoes. See Attire Inspiration Here

Ladies, please be mindful that portions of the venue include grass.

While we love your little ones, our ceremony and reception will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows everyone to relax and fully enjoy the evening with us.

Yes! We’re hosting a western-themed welcome party on Saturday, May 23 from 6PM – 8PM at Smoky Rose (8602 Garland Rd Dallas, TX 75218) and would love for you to join us as we kick off the celebration together. Light bites will be provided, and a full bar will be available for purchase. 

For the welcome party, we’re kicking things off with a big Texas welcome — Western attire encouraged! Boots, denim, hats, and your best country flair are welcome as we gather Saturday evening before the wedding.
